Barbara O'Neil- Stylist/Owner

Barbara O’Neil is passionate about hair, style, and the integrity of exceptional service. With that mantra, and her twenty three years of experience in the beauty industry, she was inspired to open her own salon and day spa. Her vision to create the perfect environment for her clientele and team, has been accomplished on many levels. Her training fell under one of the great master stylists, Connie Sullivan, in Chestnut Hill. She went on to instruct salon owners and stylists from all over the country at Geneses International Design Center in Boston. Barb continues to educate herself and her team of professionals about the latest trends and innovations in hair and beauty. Her specialties include creating modern and sophisticated cuts using precision cutting with an edge and fashioning beautiful natural coloring techniques for her clients.

Stylists

Audra: Stylist

Audra has 17 years of experience in the hair and beauty industry. Having been educated by some of the true masters of innovation in the field Audra has honed her skills to create that personal look for her clients whether for every day or your wedding day. With an emphasis in special events and "Up Hair", Audra also enjoys enhancing a great cut with color using the latest in color and foiling techniques.

Meghan: Stylist

With her six years of experience in hair design, Meghan strives to achieve the perfect look for her clients by matching their needs to both their personality and style. Depending on hair types and the style that her clients’ desire, Meghan may use anything from hair extensions to deep conditioning in order to bring their vision of themselves to a reality. Certified in many hair color and process techniques, including the Chi permanent straightening system, Meghan specializes in highlights and foils. Meghan is a master at clipper cuts and loves the challenge of creating beautiful formal styles and everything in-between.

Julie: Stylist

Personally trained by Scott Fontana of Boston’s Salon Fontana at the Ritz Carlton, Julie brings her six years of experience to Headlines with a young, energetic, trend-setting style. Julie enjoys the challenge of working with all types of hair textures to produce a great cut and style for her clients. Julie loves to fashion long tousled layers and enjoys transforming hair with multi-dimensional highlights.

Jessica: Stylist

Jessica has ten years of hair styling experience coming from the Boston area. She works with an emphasis on her creative talents to be an inspirational hairdresser. Jess provides her clients with cuts and styles that reflect who they are and how they want to be seen. Jess has a passion for color and specializes in providing hair color that enhances her clients’ natural beauty.

Gloria: Stylist

Gloria is an Icon in the beauty industry, with over twenty years of experience. A master of the trade in all areas. Gloria enjoys creating traditional and trendy cuts along with creative color techniques. Splitting her time between the Cape and Palm Beach Gloria brings a wealth of knowledge and endless energy to Headlines.

Christy: Stylist

Christy has four years of experience in the beauty industry and brings a fresh and contemporary experience to her clients. She has honed her artistic skills and expanded her technical abilities to become an exceptional hairdresser and make-up application artist. Creating new looks for the cautious client is her specialty. Christy has full artistic control of her work and offers new twists to the old ways. She offers highly personalized service that is responsive to her clients and their needs.

Michelle: Stylist

With her seventeen years of experience as a hair stylist, Michelle prides herself on always staying one step ahead of the trends. Largely due to her training at Bumble and Bumble in Manhattan, Michelle’s enthusiasm for hair artistry is infectious. She specializes in edgy razor cuts and fun, fashionable coloring with foils and highlights, and loves when her clients are open to change. Michelle is in a continuous process of discovery. She firmly believes that there is always one more style to see, and one more technique that she can add to her range of abilities.

Shannon: Esthetician and Make-Up Artist

With over ten years of experience in make-up application and procedure, Shannon has crafted her talent as a true artist. She is known for her brow shaping and bikini waxes. Her focus is on educating her clients on the cause and effect of everyday skincare issues. Shannon’s relaxing attitude comes through in all her services. Whether it’s a Brazilian bikini wax or bridal make –up application, Shannon will provide you with a wonderful experience.

Pattie: Nail Technician

Born on Cape Cod Pattie is a wealth of information about the community to her clients. She specializes in hand/foot massage, and is a treat for all of her clients. Pattie enjoys working with children, creating the perfect manicure and pedicure for their special day at the salon! In addition to her beautification skills, Patti is also the drive behind the marketing program at Headlines.

Cheryl: Esthetician and Nail Technician

With her twenty years in the beauty industry, Cheryl brings both her Manhattan and Cambridge roots to Headlines. Specializing in facials and waxing, Cheryl believes that no one should have to live with unhealthy or unsightly skin, and always welcomes the chance to help clients feel better about themselves. She is known for her thorough yet relaxing facial treatments. Her signature therapeutic facial will relax and refresh you. A master at all body treatments, Cheryl is sure to take care of you for whatever skincare and waxing needs you have.

Whether encountering her upon a visit, or on the phone making an appointment or inquiry, she will always make you feel comfortable and welcome. Greeting you with a warm and friendly smile, Pat loves to be a part of making someone’s day brighter.

Aiding our team with a variety of tasks, Alyssa is the sweet and friendly face that greets our team and clients with a helping hand. Alyssa appreciates the importance of great service in the salon and spa environment, and is quick to assist our team provide the best services and products to our clients as possible.
